DID A GHOST WRECK OUR KITCHEN?

I recently had a frightening experience whilst staying at my sister's house: At 5 am in the morning we heard a crashing coming from the kitchen. When we went down stairs the place was a mess.

Most of the kitchen items were all over the floor, the ironing board, bottles, cleaning items,  the brush; things were strewn everywhere yet before we had gone to bed we had tidied up and put everything securely away.

Strange things have happened in this house ever since my mother gave me an old coffee table. Recently we looked underneath it and found the letters of a ouija board chalked in a circle underneath it. Do you think that this table  caused these strange phenomena? We have since thrown it away.

Poltergeist activity has often been linked to ouija boards.  If a restless earth bound entity saw it as their only means of communication they may have expressed their frustration through psychokinetic activity.

The more likely explanation is that something inadvertently fell from the recently tidied cupboards and caused the mess.
