QuestionWhen I was stationed in the Middle East, I experienced a feeling of utter joy for no apparent reason. My feeling of happiness lasted only for about five minutes but the experience was overwhelming in its intensity. I told a friend about my ecstatic experience and he said it was because my general health was so good.

I was 100 per cent fit and I was feeling the benefits. But I am still unconvinced by this explanation. I wonder if maybe I had contacted the spirit world in those few minutes.
